How do we go about building a house?
You really have 2 options
- Bring your concepts directly to us and then we can design your home with our drafter and provide you with a fixed price quote with all the inclusions
- Have your plans drawn up by an architect/drafter and then approach us for a quote
Should I buy land first?
It is good to have the land so we can design a house to suit with the block orientation, size etc.
Do I have to organise the permits?
No. We will organise all the necessary paperwork to get your building permit.
What are the general inclusions?

Can I upgrade form your standard selections?
You can either select you fixtures and fittings before we quote the house or we allow for the fixtures in the quote and you can decide to upgrade during the build.
